Todd Mobley has more than 20 years under his belt working in the car industry. He has one son, Michael, 23; a daughter, Michelle, 17; and a Brittany spaniel named Zach. He has a passion for people and loves to sell a customer their first brand new car. Why does Todd love working at 802 Toyota? "I choose to work here for two reasons; first and foremost is the people. Whether helping a customer find their dream car, or motivating and leading staff; I'm addicted to the people aspect of my career. It is rewarding to me when a customer or staff member recognizes extra effort and I find that people here recognize and appreciate it. The second reason I choose to work here is simply Toyota's philosophy and quality. Toyota's attitude that there is "no best, only better" keeps us all striving to improve for our valued customers and employees every day. Brian Tyson is a Master Certified Sales Manager and a member of the Gold Lever Sales Society. From golfing and skiing to the fine dining at Hen of the Woods in Waterbury, this Colorado native enjoys all that Vermont has to offer. He has two children; a 16-year-old daughter and a 12-year old son, and he believes that his greatest accomplishment outside of work is his family. Brian believes in the cars he sells, and states that "You will never find a dealership owner that cares more about customer satisfaction than this one, and that philosophy is apparent throughout the entire dealership."

Jimmy
Huff grew up in Nashville, Tenn. But is currently a Plainfield, Vt. resident as
of one year ago. He is a single parent of his son and says that 802 Toyota
is his family. He is a trained Sales Expert and has three years of previous
experience as a sales manager and in finance. Jimmy's favorite place to eat is
Texas Roadhouse and his preferred time of year is the summer. He says that if
he were a car he would be the Toyota Camry Hybrid; because it's fast but
efficient. Why buy a car from Jimmy? "I take care of my customers and
their families long after the sale, I'm up front and I don't play games. Being
honest is important to me and customers are never a number when they drive
away."

Michael DiMella
grew up in Connecticut, and moved to Vermont one year ago with his wife Cindy and their three kids, Ashley 12, Audrey
10, and drew 7.
He has too many favorite songs, but says the best concert he's ever been to was
Billy Joel and Elton John. Mike's preferred time of year is the fall, because his family loves the outdoors, and enjoys hiking
and biking together. He believes it's important making sure his customers leave
happy. Why does Mike love working at 802 Toyota? "I love being around hard
working individuals who love coming to their job every day."

Ron Anderson is a very accomplished man. Over the years he has won the Vermont Minority Small Business Owner award, volunteered with the Vermont Festival of the Arts and has traveled the globe. He attended both the Pratt Institute and NYU, where he studied art, while his first job was being an oriental carpet salesman. You'll see Ron aka "The Dude" walking around the dealership in one of his many colorful bow-ties, and you'll love buying from him because he stands by his belief to treat everyone as if they were his own neighbor.

Dale has been a Vermont resident for more than 30 years, and has worked with 802 Toyota for seven years. He is a proud father of three wonderful children Emily, Morgan and Gary. Besides spending time with his family, Dales also enjoys being outdoors and taking in all the beauty Vermont has to offer. Why should you buy from Dale? Dana has been with Courtesy Toyota for about four years. In that time he's achieved awards and certifications such as the Toyota Truck Champion, Scion Sales Champion and he's Toyota Expert Certified. Dana was born and raised in Vermont, and enjoys all the outdoors has to offer. He loves skiing, hiking, and mountain biking. His favorite used car to sell is the Toyota Tacoma, and his favorite new is the Toyota Prius because "no matter who is driving, the ride is always smooth as butter."

Shannon has now been with 802 Toyota for 12 months. A graduate of Mount Mansfield High School and resident of South Burlington, Vt., Shannon is a life-long Vermonter, although she's also spent time living in Nevada and California. Shannon's favorite eatery is Koto Japanese Steakhouse, and she loves tubing down Vermont's rivers, camping and visiting Church St. Marketplace. Her two pets at home are a 22 pound iguana named Beast and a turtle named Pitu. Since her horse Sampson is now retired, she currently drives a used SUV, but her favorite new car to sell is a Toyota Tacoma. Her favorite used car to sell? "Whichever one that best suits my customer's needs, wants and budget." She believes Toyota is awesome because "our customers are treated honestly and fairly, with dignity and respect."

Desmond Culcleasure
has been with Courtesy Toyota for almost two years and is a Certified Toyota
Expert. A Bronx, N.Y. native, Desmond has lived in Vermont for 17
years. On his days off, Mr. Culcleasure enjoys Vermont's fantastic
fishing, hiking, and snowshoeing with his eight year-old daughter Celia and
wife Tanya. Desmond has been driving Toyotas for about 12 years and is

Living in Vermont for the last 30 years, he enjoys hunting, fishing, camping and spending time outdoors with his son Shane. He loves to cook and says his ideal dinner consists of venison tenderloin, asparagus and mashed potatoes. What is his favorite car to sell? Jason says, "any one that has four wheels."

Sara is new to car sales, but her favorite thing about selling cars is the people she meets while working. She's been a Vermont resident for 12 years, but has also spent time living in Florida, Maryland, Kentucky, Colorado and New Mexico. A fan of mixed martial arts, Sara is a talented singer, although she says "It's a secret, don't tell!" Her favorite song is Sweet Jane, and the best concert she's ever been to was Michale Graves "Illusions" at the Langdon St. Café. Why buy a car from Sara at 802 Toyota? Mr. Guilmette knows the area better than anyone else, "I've lived here on this land where the dealership is today, and learned to drive my dad's truck out in the field." He's been with 802 Toyota for 11 years and is the recipient of many Sales Awards and Certificates, including the Silver (2001) and Bronze (2002-2008), and Truck Champion (2007-2010). Vermont native, he is very passionate about energy conservation and cooking. He
has one daughter, Lydia, and is excited to get married this March. Sam believes
the one thing that makes 802 Toyota stand out from the rest is the people who
work here. What's his favorite part about his job? He says, "I get to help

Michele Miller is your one stop Warranty Administrator. She knows the who's who of warranty claims. If there's a question about whether or not your service is covered under warranty, Michele either has the answer or she knows who does. Michele has been with 802 Toyota over 6 years. Prior to her working with warranties, Michele was the Service Writer guru. Michele has received numerous certificates from Toyota University for Warranty Fundamentals, Codes/Abbreviations, Record Keeping, and Claim Processing Systems. She has also been trained in the Scion Customer Service Process. Her Motto: The best preparation for good work tomorrow is to do good work today.

Perry Fleming is the newest member of the Service Team and has been with 802 Toyota for 3 months. Perry has worked in the Auto Industry for 5 years in Sales, Financing, and Service Writing. As a life time Customer Service Representative, Perry is proud to say that the people are the favorite part of his job. On his days off, Perry can be found cruising on his Harley.

Jim Lubas is a certified Toyota Service Writer. Jim joined 802Toyota about a year ago, has been with Toyota over 6.5 years, and in the automotive business over 25 years. Jim's knowledge of Toyota vehicles makes everything easier for you! Although, all our Service Writers are highly trained, Jim has the extra advantage of actually knowing the ins and outs of your Toyota engine. Jim is a Toyota Master Tech., Toyota T10 Graduate, an ASE Master Tech., an Adjunct Instructor of Automotive Dept., received the 2006 Customer Satisfaction Award and was named the 2006-2007 Presidential Award Winner for Toyota. Jim likes to quote George Edward Woodberry, "Defeat is not the worst of failures. Not to have tried is the true failure."
