    "My wife and I really had a great experience dealing with people at this dealership in Berlin. We looked at other makes, and talked to people in two other dealerships before we came here, one in another location in Vermont and one in New Hampshire.     "I received a call from Shannon Bolduc, Internet Director at Courtesy Motors. I thought she was calling to set me up with a salesman, to my utter delight, she said she was the sales person I would be dealing with. We set aside time the following day for me to look at the vehicle. Since I work a full time job its hard to view things without taking time off. Shannon stayed late so she could meet with me, another plus in my book. When I arrived she greeted me like a friend, no sales pitch no rushing me through so she could go home. She also had just the one vehicle already pulled up to the door so I could take it for a test drive. Though I was specific to what I was looking for and thought this one truck was all I would be looking at Shannon gave me the option to review and test drive another truck. But we both knew I was going to buy the first one I tried. Shannon seemed to understand exactly what I wanted and worked very hard to help me get it. Well I took the truck home that night, kudos to Shannon for working that out for me. Shannon Bolduc and the other members of the team, being the finance department and the guys that stayed late in the recon department cleaning up my new purchase, were very kind, courtesy (no pun intended) honest and up front with me it was very refreshing.     "This is our second purchase of a Toyota with Desmond as our salesperson. Desmond remembered our names, which to us was very special! Desmond showed us several cars and explained all the features to us and answered all our questions fully. We took a couple of cars out for a test drive and Desmond was there when we got back and helped us decide which car was the best for our needs. The price was right in the range we were hoping for and the quality of the car was exactly what we expected. I just had an accident with my Corolla. A commercial truck ran into the back of my car going about 40 miles an hour and my injuries were minimal. Thanks to the great construction of my Toyota. I think with any other car I would have been really injured! One of the things that we appreciate about Courtesy Toyota and Desmond is that they do not pressure us to buy the most expensive car on the lot,(as many other dealerships do.) We are very happy with the service department. Thanks Phil! We can always depend on the time frame they give us and that the service is done right.     "We came in to Courtesy without any expectations; in fact, we had made a wrong turn on the way to the Honda place! We were in the market for an all wheel drive vehicle, and all we knew was what we could afford. When we asked about a Rav4, Bob asked us what color we wanted, and we said "the cheapest!" thinking that we wouldn't find anything in our price range. But because of the great specials going on now, and because Bob quickly found us a vehicle that was a great fit, we ended up leaving with a car.     "I went to Courtesy Toyota to buy my first car. (As a recent college graduate I needed something reliable to get me back and forth to my first real job!)Working with George was an absolute pleasure! I went in not knowing at ALL what I wanted so he worked with me to flush out some ideas. We looked at their website, browsed some models, he made some suggestions based on what i needed the car for, etc. He was the most patient salesman I think I have ever seen or heard of! I'm incredibly indecisive so when i test drove one car and came back still unsure, he just picked out another for me and i tried that. There was a lot of "himming and hawing" because I had to get financing and put money down and wasnt sure if i wanted a Camry or a Prius... I can't see why George was so patient with me!! I would have lost my mind if i were him! Anyway. After i decided on a car the financing was difficult (fresh out of college w/ loans = no credit) but the financing guy (sorry, i forget his name!!) never gave up hope. I would be denied financing from one institution, another, and another, but he worked for three days to get me financing and I drove away in my 2008 Prius!! Thanks so much Courtesy! I will happily recommend you to ANYONE!"
